Minnesota breathwork classes- hosted by Hope.


The classes are about an hour & thirty minutes long. 

 

At the class you will receive a brief description of how & why breathwork can help you release stress,


as well as other tips & tricks to help you get the most out of your session. 

 

Things to keep in mind:

  • Try not to eat & drink an hour or so before class
  • Bring a yoga mat 
  • Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing
  • Wear removable sweatshirt & socks (body temp can change)
  • Other items you may want to bring (water, chapstick, tissues, hair tie, pens & paper)

This style of breathwork can be more simple when compared to others.


You do NOT need previous breathwork experience or knowledge.


The first half you will breath in & out though your mouth. As fast as you like & as deep as you can manage.


The second half you will breath in & out through your nose. As slow as you like & as deep as you can manage.


Fast & slow music will be playing. You will also receive a guided meditation all through the session. All while having your eyes closed.

About BWB

Hello, my name is Hope! I'm a breathwork practitioner in Minnesota. 


I respect & honor the opportunity to witness & understand one of a kind individuals - such as yourself.


However, during your busy life you may start to lose your individuality or your life's purpose. Reconnecting with yourself can help! 


Closing your eyes & focusing on breathing can help you get out of your head & into your body. Our bodies tend to remember what our mind forgets. We usually think with our mind BUT breathwork allows us to feel with our body - or heart. 


There’s a connection between mind, body & heart. Breathwork can harbor connection deep in the body. In order to, strengthen the mind, body & soul connection. In turn finding your individuality & furthermore your purpose. 


For this can foster abundance! The answers are already inside of you.

Through my own personal journey I've found myself here...

Here all emotions are encouraged & expressible.


Here all individuals are wanted & welcome - This very much includes men. The masculine are wanted, welcome & needed here in this space.
