It was always you.

Hello, my name is Hope! I'm a breathwork practitioner in Minnesota.  

I'm a certified breathwork practitioner through Somatic Breathwork. There were many things that lead me to become a practitioner. One of the main reasons being by dad's death by suicide in 2011.

My dad, named me Hope. I gladly fill those shoes & walk that path. My name, is one of my favorite things I've ever received- another being my partner. 

This work is inspired by my dad, dedicated to my partner & special thanks to those that helped me along the way. 

I have been told I have an open mind & open heart, rooted in genuine care & curiosity. 

I enjoy the opportunity to understand individuals in all their cycles of life & all the emotions that come with it. For this often grows people into who they are!

However, in this process I'm familiar of the turmoil that can be created. In all fairness growth can be hard. Nonetheless, all living things want to grow. 

For here in this space - growth is ever evolving & hope is ever expanding. Growing from a place of hope makes all things possible.
